The 2003 Connecticut Law Enforcement Explorer Stations Day was held at the State Police Training Academy, Meriden CT. This was the largest CTLEESD to date, with over 350 Explorers from NE competing. The 2003 CTLEESD was the first time the Milford Explorers have competed in the Connecticut Stations Day event.
