The Milford Police Department is proud to announce the swearing in of Officer Jake Mastrianna. Officer Mastrianna was hired by our agency in Decemeber 2018 as a member of our communications staff. As a dedicated member of the dispatch center, Jake graduated from the Lynnfield Police Academy in July 2023. Please join us in congratulating Officer Mastrianna as he begins his FTO program this week.
Two Arrested For Drug Distribution
On Friday January 5, 2024 @ approx. 7:18 p.m., the Milford Police Detective Division conducted an extensive investigation into an illegal mobile pharmacy. As a result Maxsuel Andrade was arrested on scene and Renata De Lima will be summons for the following charges:
Ch. 94C Sec. 32B – Distribute Class C Drug
Ch. 94C Sec. 34 – Possess Class C Drug
Ch. 94C Sec. 40 – Conspiracy to Violate a Drug Law
Ch. 265 Sec. 13L – Endangerment of Child
Parking Ban Lifted

Parking Ban In Effect Saturday January 6th at 6pm
The national weather center is currently predicting plowable snow accumulating approximately 6 to 9 inches for the Worcester County area. Beginning at 6pm on Saturday January 6th. The Milford Police department will be mandating a winter parking ban until a completion notice is announced.
Milford Police Visiting Town Library With Yellow Dot
Saturday January 6th from 1pm to 3pm, Detective Sgt. Kevin O’Loughlin and Dispatcher Jason Covino will be at the Milford Town Library with our FREE Yellow Dot program. Please stop by to learn about how helpful the Yellow Dot is in helping us help you. Our last outing at the Milford Senior Center was a hit, we can’t wait to talk about Yellow Dot and anything else on your mind.

MPD Brings The Yellow Dot To The Milford Senior Center
This past Wednesday, Sgt Kevin O’Loughlin and Dispatcher Jason Covino from the Milford Police Department visited the Milford Senior Center to discuss the Yellow Dot program. We can’t thank our partners at the Senior Center enough for having us.
A special thank you to the 70+ seniors who signed up for the program in the two hours we were there. We loved discussing local concerns and hearing stories from Milford past.
Milford Police Join Shop With A Cop To Help 600 Kids
On December 19th, Members of The Milford Police Department joined many of our surrounding agencies for Shop With A Cop. The event saw over 600 children get paired up with a member of law enforcement to stroll the aisles and choose gifts this Holiday season. The Milford Police would like to thank Officers Nate Hathway, Bayley Laughlin, Felica Gonzalez, Justin Kuras and Michael Kehoe for donating their time to be part of the event. We would also like to thank our many law enforcement partners who attended the event at Walmart in Framingham, MA. We hope this is just a little glimpse in the spirit of giving happening in our communities.

MPD Raises $1020 For Cancer Research
Thank you to everyone who took part in donating to Cancer Research by buying our Pink Patches. Through your support, we were able to raise $1020 in three weeks. Although the campaign has ended, we still have patches available at our department for sale and will be available on our website soon.
