MILFORD MAN ARRESTED ON CHILD PORNOGRAPHY CHARGES

MILFORD, MA- Jefferson Tenemaza, 22, of Milford, MA was arrested on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, for an outstanding warrant related to the possession and dissemination of child pornography.
The arrest of Jefferson Tenemaza signals the conclusion of a months-long investigation by the Milford Police Detective Bureau and Massachusetts State Police Cyber Crime Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force.
Deputy Chief Carlos Sousa commented, “This case highlights Milford Police Department’s dedication to bringing those who exploit children to justice. Milford Police Detective Patrick Crosson, who led this complex investigation, did an outstanding job working with MSP Cyber Crime unit to bring this case to a successful conclusion”
Mr. Tenemaza was held on $10,000 bail and will be transported to Milford District Court for arraignment this morning. The suspect has been charged with and is alleged to have committed the following crimes.

MPD DETECTIVES ARREST FRAMINGHAM MAN ON DRUG TRAFFICKING CHARGES

MILFORD, MA- Laudys Pena, 42, of Framingham, MA was arrested Wednesday September 12, 2024 and held on $7500 bail.
At approximately 6:41pm, while conducting surveillance of known areas of drug activity, members of the Milford Police Detective Bureau observed a hand-to-hand transaction leading to a motor vehicle stop of a white Honda Pilot at the intersection of Central Street and Front Street. The subsequent search of vehicle led to the discovery of 18.2 grams of cocaine.
Pena was taken into custody on the charges listed below and will be arraigned in Milford District Court this morning.

MILFORD RESIDENT ARRESTED ON THREE COUNTS OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY

On Wednesday September 11, 2024, at approximately 5:19pm, members from the Milford Police Department Detective Bureau in conjunction with the Massachusetts State Police Cyber Crime Unit executed a search warrant in the area of Casey Drive in our town.
As a result of the execution of the warrant, David Lieberman, 33, of Milford, MA was arrested and charged with three counts of possession of child pornography. The arrest is the conclusion of a months-long investigation.
Deputy Chief Carlos Sousa commented on the arrest, “I would like to thank our detective division and Massachusetts State Police for their exceptional work and unwavering dedication to investigating internet crimes against children. Their commitment to this critically important area of law enforcement, has made a significant and lasting impact on the safety and well-being of the most vulnerable of victims.”
Lieberman was held on $50,000 bail and transported to Milford District Court for arraignment this morning.
