MILFORD POLICE DEPARTMENT WELCOMES NEW OFFICER
The Milford Police Department would like to announce the hiring of Officer Logan Beausoleil. Prior to joining the Milford Police Department, Officer Beausoleil was a member of the Boston College Police Department for three years. In the following months, Officer Beausoleil will be completing our Field Training Program before serving our community.

Depot Street is currently closed from Central Street to Charles River Road as the Milford Fire Department battles a structure fire.
THREE SUSPECTS CHARGED IN VIOLENT ASSAULT AND ROBBERY
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE MONDAY DECEMBER 29th 2025
MILFORD — On Saturday November 29, 2025, at approximately 3:20AM, the Milford Public Safety Communications received an emergency call for a possible fight in progress near East Main Street and Middleton Street. On arrival, officers located a 21-year-old-male with injuries to his face. The victim reported he had been assaulted and robbed by multiple assailants.
As a result of the investigation by the Milford Police Patrol Division and Milford Police Detective Bureau, investigators were able to identify Christian George, 26, of Milford, Mikayla Sousa, 24, of Milford and Jaryn Platt, 36, of Worcester as involved suspects.
At 3:25PM, Mikayla Sousa was interviewed at the Milford Police Department and subsequently arrested.
On Monday December 1, 2025, Jaryn Platt turned himself in to Milford District Court.
On Friday December 26, 2025, at 9:01PM, Christian George was apprehended on warrant charges related to the assault.
