MILFORD — On Monday, July 21, 2025, at approximately 5:07 p.m., the Milford Public Safety Communications Center received a 911 call from IHOP, located at 17 Medway Road. The caller reported that a male was seated in a booth, openly watching pornography on his phone and engaging in lewd behavior.
Upon arrival, responding officers observed a male matching the description provided walking through the restaurant’s parking lot. The individual, later identified as Robert Morrison, 46, of Milford, was detained while officers interviewed witnesses.
According to a witness, the volume of the pornographic video could be heard within the restaurant. When the witness approached Morrison to ask him to lower the volume, she observed explicit content playing on his phone and noted that his hand was beneath a napkin placed over his genital area.
“This type of depravity has no place in our community,” said Chief of Police Robert Tusino. “Family establishments should be safe, welcoming environments, and we will not tolerate this kind of lascivious behavior.”
