MILFORD – On Wednesday April 30, 2025, at approximately 11:40 AM, Milford Police Detectives were alerted by Homeland Security Investigations that they were attempting to execute an ICE warrant on North Bow Street for Caua Da Rocha Rosado, 20, of Milford. Agents indicated to Detectives that Da Rocha Rosado was verbally communicating with them but refused to open the door to allow access. A state query of Da Rocha Rosado indicated a felony probation warrant from Milford District Court for charges of Strangulation and Domestic A&B.

At 11:50AM, members of the Milford Police Department forced entry using a department issued battering ram and placed Da Rocha Rosado under arrest without further incident.
