MILFORD – On Sunday May 11, 2025, at approximately 1:37AM, Milford Police Department K-9 Kodak and handler Officer Patrick Motuzas responded to the Best Buy Warehouse on Depot St. in Bellingham, MA to assist Bellingham Police Department in searching for a suspect who had fled the scene after attempting to break into tractor trailer units.

At 2:14AM K-9 Kodak began a search of the area before pulling Officer Motuzas to a trailer near the loading docks where he began to alert the presence of a human. When officers illuminated the underside of the trailer, the suspect had wedged himself between the trailer’s floor and rear axle.

Following the search, Bellingham Police Department arrested one male found in nearby vehicle and the other found hiding on the premises.
