NEIGHBORHOOD TIPS LEAD TO DRUG TAKEDOWN

MILFORD- On Thursday May 29, 2025, The Milford Police Detective Bureau executed an operation leading to multiple charges on three involved individuals and the seizure of 34.79 grams of crack cocaine and $2,315 dollars.

In the preceding months leading up to this operation, the Milford Police Department received multiple complaints regarding drug activity taking place at a residence on Iadarola Ave. in Milford.  In response to the information received, the Milford Police Detective Bureau began an investigation into the residence and was able to identify the individuals involved.

On Thursday May 29, 2025, at approximately 2:14PM, members of the Milford Police Detective Bureau witnessed a hand-to-hand drug transaction at 6 Iadarola Ave. involving occupants of a 2017 Black Jeep Cherokee and a male resident of 6 Iadarola Ave.; as Detectives approached the scene, one male fled on foot into the home while the Jeep Cherokee attempted to leave before being boxed in.

A search of the vehicle and residence led to the arrest of Anthony Jordao, 25, of Woonsocket, RI and criminal summons for John Jordao, 49, of Woonsocket, RI and Dean Murphy, 54, of Milford, MA.  The suspects have been charged with the following.

COCAINE, POSSESS TO DISTRIBUTE, SUBSQ.

DRUG, POSSESS CLASS B

CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAW

COCAINE, DISTRIBUTE, SUBSQ.OFF.
