MILFORD — On Wednesday, October 29, 2025, the Milford Police Detective Bureau, with assistance from the Milford Police Patrol Division and the Milford Police K-9 Unit, executed a search warrant at a residence on South Main Street, resulting in the arrest of Steven Consigli, 29, of Milford, MA.
The warrant was the result of an ongoing investigation into Consigli’s continued distribution of illegal narcotics within the Town of Milford.
In April 2025, Consigli was previously arrested at his Shadowbrook residence on multiple charges related to drug and firearm possession. Consigli, who remains on probation stemming from those charges, has been the subject of continued investigation by Milford Detectives.
At approximately 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 29, officers executed the search warrant at Consigli’s residence, leading to his arrest without incident.
“Our officers and detectives remain committed to proactively investigating and addressing illegal drug activity in our community,” said Chief of Police Robert Tusino. “No offender, let alone repeat offender will find sanctuary in Milford.”
Steven Consigli was charged with the following crimes and held without bail:
POSSESSION OF AMMUNITION WITHOUT FID CARD
DRUG POSSESSION OF CLASS B SUBSTANCE
DRUG POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE OF CLASS C SUBSTANCE
