TWO CHARGED FOLLOWING ALTERCATION AT MILFORD LEGION BASEBALL GAME

MILFORD — On Monday, July 21, 2025, at approximately 9:05 PM, the Milford Public Safety Communications Center received multiple 911 calls reporting a physical altercation during the Milford Legion Baseball game against East Springfield at Fino Field.

Upon arrival, officers from the Milford Police Department found that the fight had been quickly broken up, though a verbal disturbance was still ongoing on the field. At approximately 9:25 PM, officials made the decision to suspend the game, which would be continued at a later date.

Over the following 48 hours, officers conducted an investigation, including a review of game footage and videos submitted by fans, in an effort to identify those involved in inciting violence.

As a result of the investigation, Eliezer Rosario Lebron, 19, of Holyoke, MA, has been charged with assault and battery. Additionally, a 17-year-old male from Milford has been charged with assault, disturbing the peace, and affray.
