FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE MONDAY OCTOBER 26th 2026 MILFORD – Wednesday September 9, 2026, the Milford Police Department Family Services Unit began an investigation into the alleged rape of a child under 14. The victim who was under 14 at the time of the assault, reported to detectives that the suspect had lured the victim into the basement of the family’s church in Milford; where the sexual assault occurred.
On Friday October 23, 2026, at approximately 9:00AM Family Services Detectives received a warrant for the arrest of Raul Feliciano, 63, of Worcester, Massachusetts for the rape of a child and indecent A&B on a child under 14.
“To violate a child is among the most heinous of crimes. Doing so in place of worship only further cements the depravity of this assault.” Said Milford Chief of Police Robert Tusino
At approximately 1:15PM on the 23rd, Feliciano was captured by Worcester Police Department before custody was subsequently transferred to the Milford Police Department for booking.
“I’d like to commend the work of the detectives and officers from the Milford Police Department, Worcester Police Department and Massachusetts State Police VFAS, for bringing this suspect into custody.”
Feliciano was released on $15,000.00 bail on October 23 and will face arraignment this week on the following charges.
