MILFORD — On Sunday March 22, 2026, at 10:13AM, the Milford Public Safety Communications Center received multiple calls reporting a motor vehicle crashed into a multi-family residence on West Street. Witnesses reported a male driver had begun switching seats with a female passenger as officers were enroute.

On arrival, officers observed a black Nissan Pathfinder crashed into the front porch of 32 West Street. While no one was seriously injured, multiple responders from the Milford Police Department, Milford Fire Department, Coastal Ambulance and building department responded to the scene.

As an outcome of the investigation, Norma Acan Gulancanay of Milford, MA, was charged with unlicensed operation.
